The Mobil-Home Premium 3 Bedroom is a 3 bedroom mobile home with a modern design. The decoration is trendy, the light is omnipresent. It is a spacious rental that can accommodate a large family.
The kitchen, modern and very well equipped (dishwasher) of the premium 3 bedroom mobile home will allow you to prepare good meals that you can share on its large pergola terrace. The kitchen is totally open to the living room. With all options (TV, air conditioning, planxa), it is the perfect mobile home for a comfortable holiday.
This Mobil-Home is equipped with all the necessary options (TV, planxa, dishwasher) so that you can enjoy a comfortable stay in the back country of Catalan.
THE INVENTORY
- Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob, large fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and crockery and kitchen utensils for 6-8 people.
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, blankets and pillows. Bed linen is extra.
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds in 80 cm, blankets and pillows.
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds 80 cm, blankets and pillows. Removable barrier
- Lounge: Table, chairs and bench for indoor dining, reversible air conditioning and 48 cm flat screen TV.
- Bathroom : Shower cubicle, one washbasin + storage unit. Bathroom linen is extra.
- WC separate from the bathroom
- Outside: pergola terrace with table and chairs for 6 people
- Hygiene / Cleaning: Cleaning of the rentals is obligatory, dustbin, broom, dustpan, communal rubbish chute, selective waste sorting. Everything necessary for the housekeeping of the chalet is also inside.
- Vehicle: a parking space for one vehicle in front of the mobile home.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Out of season: arrival and departure every day of the week, from 3pm. Rental possible per night. (info by phone).
Season (July and August): arrival and departure possible on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It is not possible to rent per night.
Rentals must be returned clean.
Cleaning service in option 30€.
On your arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be drawn up and a deposit of 300€ (cheque, bank imprint or cash) will be required.
